Our Programs
Food Pantry
We now have seved over 14,000 Families and Seniors since our inception. On a weekly basis we have between 20 seniors and 120 families coming to our doors on Fridays. Seniors arrive anytime between 2:00 to 2:30pm, followed by families from 2:30 to 4:00pm. We ask that if it is your first time, please to come at 3:30pm and we will gladly sign you up then. Please bring a photo ID and Proof of windsor residency when you come (water bill or mail of some kind).

The volunteers pack bags on Friday mornings between 9:30 and 11:30am, then we hand the food out between 2:00 and 4:00pm.

Six days a week, we have Drivers who pick up our food at Raley's and Safeway. We also purchase food at the Redwood Empire Food Bank, and their trucks deliver produce to WSA the first two fridays of each month.

WSA Community Garden Program
We have officially started a new Community Garden Program and our main goal is that it will add fresh produce to our food distribution program. It will be an organically grown garden comprised of 3 garden boxes that are 4' X 12' in size and are situated within the Town Green Community Garden. We will need volunteers to help grow vegetables in the garden, and then harvest the vegetables to distribute at the WSA Food Pantry. If you are interested in learning more about our program and lending a helping hand, you can call WSA at 707-838-6947.
